A Security Deposit of £200 / US$360 per stay is payable with the final balance. This will be refunded within 28 days of vacating the villa subject to confirmation by our management company that the villa and its contents suffered no damage / breakages etc. during your stay.

There is a non-refundable £150.00 / US$270 per week deposit required to confirm a booking.

There is no min/max stay, although stays of less than 7 nights will incur a departure cleaning charge of £77 / $138.

Final balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.
